Certification

Florida requires Food Managers, employees of restaurants, grocery stores, and any other business in which food is served to be certified (statute 509.039). We offer a Food Safety Manager Certification program which has been nationally recognized by the USDA and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and is valid for five years, nationwide, upon the date of issuance.

Receiving the certification entails completing a state recognized Food Safety Manager Certification examination which we provide. It is a two hour examination consisting of 85 multiple choice questions that cover a range of food safety subjects.

Our expertise covers, among others, Food Defense, Introductory and Advanced HACCP verification and validation, as well as GMP and Food Processing Sanitation Hygiene.
